Located in Back Bay, DPhiE offers a great and convenient summer location to live in. Just a 5 minute walk across the Harvard Bridge, we are the closest off-campus sorority to the MIT campus. We have everything you need to have a great summer! We are within walking distance to the beautiful Esplanade Greenway, Boston Commons, Fenway Park, Newbury Street, Kenmore Square, and the T.

Our house has a domestic kitchen complete with oven, fridge space, and shelf space. Our boarders will have access to laundry machines, a roof deck, a spacious common area, and a 55 inch HD TV with access to major streaming services such as, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Pricing
Rental rates for summer 2024 are yet to be determined.

Prices are per person and are for the entire summer. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to guarantee housing. This will be returned to you at the end of the summer minus any unpaid rent or damages. A non-refundable $20 cleaning fee will also be required.

FAQ
Is housing co-ed?
No. Since this is a sorority house, we are only accepting people who do not identify as a male.

Is there air-conditioning?
Unfortunately, the house does not have AC. However, most rooms allow for a window AC if you so choose to have one. There is a communal AC on the first floor in the dining room.

Do you offer storage for summer boarders?
Sisters living in our house in the fall are eligible for summer storage.
